Introducing the NEW PES G4 supercharger system for the Audi R8 FSI 4.2L 4V engine. At the heart of the system is the PES cast aluminum intake manifold and an Eaton M90 supercharger. This roots-type positive displacement supercharger delivers instant, seamless boost throughout the RPM range. Eaton superchargers are used as OEM equipment on Mercedes Benz, Aston Martin, and Jaguar automobiles. The system is supplied complete with all parts necessary for installation.

At this time installation must take place at our facility in PA, or at an authorized PES R8 installation center. The R8 system has been extensively tested under a wide variety of driving conditions ranging from "easy" daily commutes to severe track conditions and cross country racing. We also test our systems in a broad range of temperatures, from bitter winter cold to blazing summer heat. Tuning and HP verification have been conducted using an AWD Mustang dynamometer. We are so confident in the reliability of the system that we offer a one year, unlimited mileage warranty on our system. PES is the only company worldwide to produce a system for the R8 which is backed up by video as well as dyno footage and actual dyno power curves, not to mention real customers. Two of the cars we recently completed made cross country journeys. One car was driven from PA to WA and the other car dubbed the “R8 Raptor” competed in the Bull Run where it placed 3rd overall. The Raptor will be featured on the cover of European Car magazine in the October 2009 issue.
